After more than five years in Early Access, the cute open-world physics sandbox Wobbly Life has finally launched its version 1.0, alongside the Space Update released on September 18, 2025. The update is packed to the brim with exciting new features, brand new missions, new job opportunities, secrets to uncover, and much more. If this sounds overwhelming, don't worry. Our Beginner's Guide will help you embark on your space-faring adventure in no time.
How to Get to the Space in Wobbly Life?
In order to reach the space in Wobbly Life, you will first need to earn your Space License. If you've ever dreamed of becoming an astronaut, this is your chance. To become a proper Wobbly Astronaut with a Space License, you'll need to complete the Astronaut Training Course with a series of challenges. You can enroll in this course at the Wobbly Space Center.
Although it was already in the game, the Wobbly Space Center has undergone rework with the Space update. This is where you complete your training and earn your license. Of course, you'll need to pay the training and licensing fees, but it's well worth the cost. Next step? Board the rocket!

What Is the Fastest Way to Make Space Credits?
From our research and feedback from community members online, the most efficient way to earn Space Credits in Wobbly Life is through asteroid mining gigs. Each run can earn you at least 100 credits, and as you become more efficient, discover better locations, and acquire improved gear, you can increase your earnings to up to 200 credits per run.
Community member Shmungous recommends prioritizing purple and blue ores, with the Goop Area and the top of the giant ravine as the best spots for mining high-quality ores. On the other hand, the Asteroid Defense job is insanely hard, and you should avoid it until it receives some balancing updates.
