The Boston Celtics need to right the ship after a demoralizing loss to the lowly Detroit Pistons, and hope it can come in an away game with the Washington Wizards Sunday afternoon.
The Celtics have had little luck in matinee games so far this season, but the Wizards happen to be the second-worst team in the NBA right now in terms of record at six wins and 17 losses, with only three wins in their last 10 games total. That shouldn’t give Boston a sense of false confidence however, as the Pistons had the same number of wins and two more losses when they beat the Celtics on their home court Friday.
