'Wizard' - Chelsea fans wowed by what Hakim Ziyech did with Pedro in training before Wolves game

Hakim Ziyech has already started to show what Chelsea supporters can expect to see next season with some impressive displays in training.

The Morocco international moved to Stamford Bridge from Ajax, after the clubs agreed a deal worth up to €44million in February.

Ziyech cannot play for Frank Lampard's side against Wolves on Sunday as he is not registered in the Premier League squad, but the 27-year-old has already showed why the Blues moved to sign him.

The attacker has been taking part in full training with his new teammates at Chelsea's Cobham base.

And fans were quick to rave about a short clip posted by the official club Instagram account.

The video showed Ziyech receiving the ball from winger Pedro and playing a deft one-two by lifting the ball over a defender for the Spaniard to run onto and smash past goalkeeper Kepa.

Chelsea fans on the club's Reddit page posted about their excitement at seeing the midfielder play next season.

One wrote: "7 more weeks mate. 7 more weeks." Another said: "The wizard."

Blues boss Frank Lampard has spoken about how well Ziyech has settled in with his new teammates.

"So, [he’s settled in] very well. The lads have welcomed him very well.

"He’s settled in, chatting and forming those new relationships in the early stages.

"And more importantly for him, he’s getting himself fit. Nice to take a bit part in training and then also get some physical work because he hasn’t trained or played for quite a while."

The Blues take on Wolves in their final Premier League game on Sunday knowing that a win will guarantee a top four spot.
