Police are calling for witnesses following a car accident at the intersection of Coranderrk Street and Constitution Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
A car was seen driving erratically between 3:30pm and 4pm on London Circuit, Constitution Avenue, Commonwealth Avenue bridge and Coranderrk Street.
The car was a blue Subaru station wagon with the registration YKU88B.
It was seen swerving between cars, driving on the wrong side of the road and failing to stop at several red lights before it collided with the car.
The driver then ran away from the scene. He was described as Caucasian, with short brown hair and was wearing a blue T-shirt and shorts.
