Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a crash between a motorbike and car in Stockport.
The smash happened on Hall Street in Offerton, at the junction with Turncroft Lane, at around 2.40pm yesterday (Sunday).
The motorcyclist - a 59-year-old man - was taken to hospital from the scene with serious injuries.
He sadly died a shortly time later, police said.

No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
Hall Street was taped off at the junction of St Marys Way yesterday afternoon.
An air ambulance could be seen landing nearby to the scene of the crash and pictures showed a badly damaged white vehicle inside the cordon.
Detectives are appealing for any witnesses of the crash to come forward - particularly anyone with dash cam footage.
Police Constable Lee Gandy, of GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "This is a tragic incident in which a man has sadly lost his life and our thoughts remain with his family at this difficult time.
"This collision happened in broad daylight, therefore we are confident that there are a number people who will have witnessed this collision and may have dashcam footage that could assist with our investigation.
"If you have any information at all please do not hesitate to contact police as soon as possible."
