Panaji: Goa reported six Covid-19 cases and four recoveries on Monday. The case positivity rate rose to 1.8% which was less than 1% over the past several days. The active caseload rose to 19, which was 17 on Sunday.
During the day, 319 tests were conducted, less than that done a day earlier. There were no hospital admissions or fatalities reported on Monday.
“No inference can be drawn from the marginal rise recorded, and we will have to wait for a few more days to see if Goa is seeing a rise in infections as in some other states,” a health official said.
