Witchcraft signs former Los Ratones roster for EMEA Masters with Bwipo

Witchcraft has picked up the former Los Ratones roster ahead of the upcoming EMEA Masters, bringing the popular lineup back into competition not long after the team’s disbandment.

The core roster remains largely unchanged from its Los Ratones days, with most players sticking together for the new campaign in League. The only major change in the roster is in the top lane, where veteran pro Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau will replace Simon “TheBaus” Hofverberg for the tournament run.

TheBaus will stick to streaming, as he had previously confirmed during his time playing with the team. Los Ratones also had a solid run at LEC Versus 2026, narrowly missing out on the playoffs behind Fnatic. The team brought significant viewership to the European league as well, with Riot inviting them and Karmine Corp Blue to participate in the event for a chance to secure a spot at First Stand 2026.

Along with Witchcraft, KCB will also join the EMEA Masters Winter Split through a direct invitation following their participation in LEC Versus.

Los Ratones previously built a strong following thanks to the personalities on the roster and its mix of veteran and content creator talent. Despite the project eventually disbanding, the lineup quickly found a new home under Witchcraft, allowing the team to continue competing together on the European stage.

With Bwipo stepping into the lineup, the roster gains a highly experienced top laner who has competed at the highest level of professional League. He is best known for his time with Fnatic, where he reached the finals of the Worlds 2018. After serving a suspension following a controversial statement during his time in the LCS, Bwipo had not joined a new team until now.

With the familiar core intact and a seasoned pro joining the roster, Witchcraft will head into EMEA Masters with a lineup that already has strong chemistry and plenty of attention from fans across the League esports scene.
