A fun day was held by Wishaw Family Learning Centre to celebrate an excellent inspection report.
The children at the centre enjoyed an fun-filled morning of activities to mark the occasion ... and our snapper was there to capture the action.
The Care Inspectorate report followed an unannounced inspection in December.
The report states: “Staff used highly effective ways to involve parents in their child’s care and keep them informed of their children’s learning and progress.
“Staff demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the policies and procedures in place to ensure care and welfare of children involving child protection. The manager provided strong leadership and was a very positive role model for staff. She was hard working and focused with a clear vision of the future of the centre.
“There were no significant areas for improvement identified during this inspection visit.”
