A charity in Cambusnethan will be doing its best to ensure as many children as possible have a special day at Christmas.
Made4U in ML2 has joined forces with residents in Branchalwood and Calderbridge Primary to collect gifts for children up to 16 years old during its toy drive.
They are also taking donations for Christmas food hampers to be distributed in the community.
The school has indicated to parents that they can contact them if they need support this Christmas. And Made4U will be contacting GP surgeries, health visitors and social work with the aim of setting up a referral or sign posting system.
Children’s gifts and food can be dropped off up at Made4U, Greenfield Drive, Cambusnethan, Wishaw, ML2 8NT.
The deadline for donations is Friday, December 11.
