And if you have a bit of experience in the field you could land yourself a job with a salary of £70,000 a year.
Hunters - a franchise of estate agents - is looking for a new agent to help sell homes across the peninsula.

They said: "Experienced estate agent required to work as a self employed franchisee operating in non territorised areas hubbing into our successful Wallasey and Moreton branches."
The job listing says perks include a flexible work pattern and the successful applicant will get a commission on sales.
You would also be provided with support from Hunters' national training academy and access to all the major property portals and software which are linked up to their office, so no need for working from home.
They have said they are looking for a "local person" with good contacts and someone who is willing to "go the extra mile" for the clients buying homes in Wirral.
Hunters said they would prefer someone with at least five years of experience and candidates who can drive.
And if you don't think you are quite there yet, they are also advertising for sales negotiators on a part-time and full-time basis.
With a salary ranging from £13,000 to £38,000, Hunters said: "We are seeking an individual with a demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Estate Agency.
"You will have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and an enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
"You will also be passionate about Hunters, our values and processes.
"As an experienced Sales Negotiator, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, enhance your established pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities.
"In return for this we will offer you dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development."
