BENGALURU: Wipro PARI, the industrial automation business of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), is acquiring Germany-based automation tech firm Hochrainer.
Hochrainer is a supplier of automation technology and assembly systems for numerous global automobile manufacturers. It also has a significant presence in non-automotive sectors. A family-owned company that started operations in 1973, Hochrainer employs around 130 people.
