Winx has made a one-act affair of the Group One Turnbull Stakes, the final lead-up race in her bid to claim a third Cox Plate.
In extending her winning sequence to 21, Winx had the Flemington race in her keeping a long way from the finishing post.
Winx defeated Ventura Storm by six-and-a-half lengths with Humidor taking the minor placing in the field of seven.
Trainer Chris Waller told Channel 7 he is in awe of the horse.
"She makes us all look good in what she does. There's no training manual for a horse like Winx, we've managed to get it right but she makes us get it right," Waller said.
