The chilly weather has arrived but that doesn’t mean the people of Liverpool will be staying indoors this festive season.
The city has no shortage of wonderful places to retreat from the cold, including a Winter Snug and an apres ski-themed bar.

The Club House in Liverpool ONE has launched its cosy Winter Lodges to create a winter wonderland on Chavasse Park, complete with sparkling lights, festive garlands and a whole host of traditional Christmas trees.
Each of the four lodges are themed, giving visitors the option to enjoy the Beatles, Disco, Festive or Moose HQ lodge.
Guests can enjoy a range of seasonal treats and Club House favourites in the lodges, and will have easy access to the outside bar The Wanderer.
Each lodge can accommodate up to eight guests and have a time limit of one hour and 45 minutes.
To add to the festive fun, guests can add karaoke or music pod to their bookings.
The Winter Lodges are available now until January 5, and bookings must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of £7.50 per person - which includes a Moose Mojito or spiced cider on arrival.
