Lotto bosses have revealed that the winning €5.2million Lotto jackpot ticket was sold in a Supervalu store in Waterford.
The lucky Deise punter scooped themselves a cool €5,260,021 in Wednesday night's draw.
They bought their ticket in Supervalu in the Kilbarry Shopping Centre on the Tramore Road and scooped themselves a cool €5,260,021.
The winning numbers were: 13, 27, 32, 36, 38, 39 and bonus number is 43.
The newly-minted winner has yet to come forward and National Lottery bosses are encouraging Lotto players in Waterford and surrounding areas to check their tickets.
Among the celebrations at the winning SuperValu Kilbarry in Waterford City, a National Lottery spokesperson said:
They said:“It has been an incredible year so far for our Lotto players who have now won over €116 million in prizes which includes the creation of 16 new millionaires.

This latest Lotto win is the eighth jackpot win this year with over €50 million claimed in jackpot prizes alone.
In 2019, over €116 million has been won in prizes in the Lotto game which includes 16 new millionaires which have been created in the Lotto and Lotto Plus games.
