Winners and losers after the Big 12 decides not to expand

For at least the foreseeable future, the Big 12 Conference will not be adding any other teams.

The conference headquartered in Irving, Texas will continue as a 10-team league. Months of expansion speculation climaxed on Monday as presidents of the Big 12 schools met in Dallas.
