Notts County head coach Ian Burchnall made just one change to his side as he handed Wycombe winger Connor Parsons his debut at Meadow Lane.
Parsons joined the club on loan on Friday from the League One promotion-chasers having arrived on loan following an injury to Aaron Nemane.
Nemane has fractured his right hand and will be out for several weeks allowing Parsons to be thrown straight into the action at right wing-back.
Parsons came in for Dion Kelly-Evans who was ruled out because of illness and he took his place in a 3-5-2 formation which is Burchnall's system of choice.
In goal was Sam Slocombe behind the back three of Richard Brindley, Alex Lacey and Kyle Cameron with Parsons and Joel Taylor as the wing-backs.
In midfield were Matt Palmer, Frank Vincent and Callum Roberts while up front top scorer Kyle Wootton was partnered by Ruben Rodrigues.
