‘Windy City Rehab’ host Alison Victoria drops $100K off price on her Bucktown home

Alison Victoria, host of the popular HGTV show “Windy City Rehab,” has dropped the asking price on her Bucktown home.

When she first listed the home in September, she wanted $2,295,000.

She knocked $100,000 off the price — so negotiations for her masonry brick and limestone single-family home will now start at $2,195,000.

Her real estate agent, Ryan Preuett, of Sotheby’s International Realty, called the drop a simple “price adjustment” without further comment.

Victoria, whose full name is Alison Victoria Gramenos, is the designer of the homes she flips on the show, several which are located only blocks from her home.

According to the property listing, the home boasts “design treasures sourced from Parisian markets and hand-crafted work by local artisans.”

It has at least five bedrooms and a recreation room. The master suite takes up half of the second floor. And the home has three outdoor spaces, one out back with a wood-fired brick pizza oven and a built-in grill, one above the garage and a rooftop deck.

Public records show Victoria purchased a home at the same address in 2016 for $660,000 and built a new house on the land in 2018.

Victoria, who in interviews has said she also spends time in Las Vegas where her company, Alison Victoria Interiors, also has offices, could not be reached for comment.

Meanwhile, her company, Alison Victoria Interiors, announced via Instagram that it has openings for new clients.
