
Lights from a wharf are reflected on the surface of the Sumidagawa river by Tsukiji Market in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, on Friday, competing with the lights of Tokyo Tower and other buildings. Just after 2 a.m. the lights seemed to get brighter as the energy of people involved in the fisheries industry filled the market, which will close on Oct. 6 and move to the Toyosu district.
