Beating the Ravens in Baltimore was a huge gust into the sails for the Cleveland Browns and their playoff aspirations.
According to Football Outsiders, which analytically projects updated win total and playoff odds after each week, the Browns now have nearly a 60 percent chance of making it to the postseason. Entering the Week 4 game, they were under 35 percent.
Had they lost, their odds would have plummeted into the doldrums of needing a lot of help. Now they have a better chance to win the AFC North than the Ravens according to the projection models.
