Win a Sony Cyber-shot T77

The new Sony Cyber-Shot T77
Send us your pictures to win a Sony T77

Ever been out and about somewhere, perhaps on the beach or at a gig, and seen something extraordinary? Something you really wanted to take a picture of - only to then realise that you had left your clunky, too-much-trouble-to-carry camera at home?

If you don't want to lose out on capturing those special, beautiful or just downright intriguing moments that life throws at us without warning, you need a camera you can stick in your pocket or your bag and take with you wherever you go. But you also need a camera capable of capturing high-quality images whether it is faced with rambunctious children, a packed party, or a wide, open landscape.

Fortunately, you no longer have to choose between the two. Sony's ultra-stylish T77 is just 15mm thick and weighs just 126g, making it easy to slip into even the smallest of beach bags and most slender of jeans pockets.

But, despite it's diminutive size, the T77 also packs a weighty technological punch. With 10.1 megapixels, its pictures can be reproduced clearly even above A3 size, and its large 3in clear LCD touchscreen allows you to view your pictures in perfect clarity.

The T77 also has enhanced face detection to optimise focus, exposure, white balance and skin tone, a new portrait mode with anti-blink technology which helps to reduce those shots spoilt by closed eyes.

The T77 also includes a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens with 4x optical zoom to produce images of the very highest quality, and you can even play around with your snaps using the in-camera retouching and paint functions.

Win a Sony T77

Pictures taken with the new Sony Cyber-Shot T77

To celebrate the launch of this new, stylish and technologically advanced camera, Sony is asking you to submit dynamic, original images which encapsulate one of three key themes: style, colour and action. The best entry in each of the three categories will win a Sony T77, as well as the chance to see their pictures in print in Weekend magazine.

To enter your images send them by email by clicking on the link below*, including your full name, address, contact telephone number and a short description of your image including what category you are entering it into. You can enter as many times as you like but must submit a different image with each entry.

Images should be hi-res, preferably 300dpi and able to print at high quality on at least A4 size. Images should be jpeg or TIF file format.

Closing date for entries is 23.59 on November 19. Good luck.
