The Guardian has teamed up with Heineken to give away a pair of VIP tickets to the Rugby World Cup 2015 Final on Saturday 31 October 2015 at Twickenham Stadium, a prize that includes a stadium tour and an exclusive coin toss experience where the winner and guest can be present in the tunnel during the referee coin toss before the game. The referee will toss the coin and the winner will then be given the unique match coin as a memento.

Terms and conditions
1. The competition is closed to employees of any company in the Guardian Media Group and employees of any company in the Heineken® group, as well as any person whom, in the promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion. Entrants must be 18 or over.
2. Answer the question correctly and complete your personal details on the online form and your details will be entered into a free prize draw. Only one entry per person.
3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.
4. The prize consists of 2 x VIP tickets to the Rugby World Cup 2015 Final match on Saturday 31st October 2015 at Twickenham Stadium, Whitton Rd, Twickenham TW2 7BA. Prize includes a meal with drinks and snacks with drinks before and after the game as well as a unique Rugby World Cup 2015 gift. The exclusive coin toss experience includes 2 x back stadium tour before the match. The winner and guest can be present in the tunnel during the referee coin toss before the game. The referee will toss the coin and the winner will then be given the unique match coin as a memento. There is a separate coin for each match.
To win, the winner must be available to attend the event.
All other costs not specified must be borne by the winner and guest. Tickets are for over 18s only. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part.

9. Winners will be the first entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge on 15 October 2015. The judge’s decision is final.

11. The winners will be required to participate in all required publicity, including any presentation ceremony.
12. Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://tickets.rugbyworldcup.com/staticpages/termsandconditions.aspx or such other webpage as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited (“RWCL”) from time to time) and all applicable RWCL, the tournament organiser (England Rugby 2015, “ER2015”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with RWCL and/or ER2015 concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.
13. Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL.
14. The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to RWCL and/or ER1015 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or ER2015 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.

Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not RWCL or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 2015 (including ER2015) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.
16. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
18. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
20. Prize tickets are subject to the terms and conditions listed above.
21. GNM accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. GNM further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of GNM for death or personal injury as a result of either party’s negligence.
