For a chance to win, you will need to have a back garden that’s accessible, able to accommodate a 3.5m wide x 3m deep Garden Room and comply with permitted development. Although this will all be subject to site survey.

Terms and conditions
1) This competition is open to any homeowner who is a resident of the UK except employees of Reach plc or Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd and their immediate families.
2) Entrants must be 18 years or older and be the homeowner or have permission of the homeowner to enter.
3) In order to qualify for the prize, the entrant understands that if selected as the winner, a full garden survey will be carried out by Garden Rooms Scotland in order to confirm suitability. Planning permission will be required if you live in a conservation area. Basic specifications in order to build the garden room are: an accessible back garden and compliance to building permissions, space to accommodate a 3.5mW x 3mD garden room plus a minimum of 1m boundary around the outside. A flat space matching this description must be available. These specifications will be checked during a site survey.
4) If after the completion of the site survey the winner's space is not deemed suitable to redeem the prize, another winner will be selected from all correct entrants. There is no cash or equivalent alternative to this prize, and all criteria for the building of the garden room must be met.
5) To enter you will need to submit 3 different codewords printed in the Daily Record, Sunday Mail and dailyrecord.co.uk into the online form in this article alongside your name and email address. The daily codewords will be updated within this article each day at 9.30am. The first codeword will appear on Saturday May 15 and the final codeword will appear on Friday May 21, 2021.
6) This competition closes at 4pm on Monday May 24, 2021. Entries submitted after the closing date will be disqualified.
7) Only one entry, per email address will be permitted and duplicate entries will be disqualified.

It is 3.5 metres wide by 3 metres deep and will be built on a base provided. The garden room comes with French doors at the front.It is clad in home grown treated hit & miss Spruce. The room comes with a galvanized steel floor cassette 140mm thick filled with insulation. The walls are 181mm thick filled with insulation with a 50mm cavity and the roof is a 100mm insulated composite roof panel giving you the best insulating values. . Please note that the promotion pictures are for representation purposes only and the final prize may vary in specification and design.
10) One winner will be picked at random from all valid entries
11) The winner of the Garden Room agrees to their photo being taken and details used for publicity within the Daily Record, dailyrecord.co.uk and Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd social media.
12) Reach reserve the right to change the prize commensurate to the prize value.
13) The prize cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.
