The two giant killers of the fourth-round ties meet in a south London derby at Kingsmeadow on Saturday afternoon.
Both sides beat Premier League opposition in the last round, with the hosts knocking out West Ham 4-2 to reach the fifth round, while Milwall came from behind twice to record a 3-2 win over Everton.
However, both sides’ league form has suffered since, with Wimbledon’s victory over Walsall the only win for either team since their historic cup triumphs.
However, despite that victory the hosts sit bottom of League One and seven points from safety with just 14 matches remaining of the season.
Millwall, who saw off Hull before their defeat of Everton, are just three points above the relegation zone in the Championship meanwhile, although they have a game in hand on their rivals.
