Wimbledon 2019: What time is Andy Murray and Serena Williams' mixed doubles match today?

Follow LIVE coverage as Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are back in action on men's quarter-final day at Wimbledon.

Defending champion Djokovic opens proceedings against David Goffin of Belgium before eight-time champion Federer continues his campaign against Kei Nishikori on Centre Court. Rafael Nadal also returns, this time on Court One, where he takes on big serving Sam Querrey. And don't forget Serena Willians and Andy Murray with the superstar mixed doubles pairing back in action.

We'll have all the latest throughout the day:

CENTRE COURT UPDATE

One set all on Centre - Kei Nishikori took the first set 6-4, but Roger Federer came storming back in the second, 6-1.

Andy Murray and Serena Williams in the post-match press conference:

AM: "I thought they played well, they've played quite a bit together I think. We were more up and down then them, they were more consistent.

SW: Overall, [at the tournament], we played really well.

AM: "I've achieved a lot. My hip was feeling good, and it's a lot of physical work now to get stronger. I'm doing some physical testing next week, I did one the week before Queen's... it's 4-6 weeks of training and I'll have some testing after that.

Should there be more mixed doubles on tour?

SW: "It's hard to say. There are so many good matches anyway. It sounds good, but will it work?

On the lack of British players in the latter stages:

AM: "I think a lot of countries don't have a chance at Grand Slams. It's more just not needing to rely on wild cards.

On the divisions in the ATP Player Council:

AM: "The whole situation is a shame. So much in-fighting in the sport. Tennis is doing really well, there should be more positive discussions. There are so many different organisations fighting, I would like to see a bit more unity, there's a lot of division.

On playing with Serena:

"It was just confirmation of how much she wanted it, and how pumped she was getting - I liked that."

On playing with Andy:

SW: "I think to play on this stage with Andy was a lifetime experience. But it's cool to see people on TV and then be on the same side as them."
CENTRE COURT UPDATE

Kei Nishikori is serving for the first set against Roger Federer on Centre - the Japanese is 5-4 up...

COURT 1 RESULT

In 3 hours and 7 minutes, Roberto Bautista Agut has beaten Guido Pella 7-5, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, and he will play in the Wimbledon semi-finals against Novak Djokovic on Friday.

GAME, SET, MATCH BRUNO SOARES AND NICOLE MELICHAR! Soares/Melichar def. Murray/Williams 6-3, 4-6, 6-2

Melichar holds to 30, as Murray returns into the net, and the run of 'SerAndy' is over - Soares and Melichar take their place in the quarter-finals!
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 5-2 Murray/Williams

Last roll of the dice for Murray and Williams coming up - Melichar will serve for the match.
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 4-1 Murray/Williams

A hold apiece, but the games are running out for Murray and Williams to come back here...
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 3-0 Murray/Williams

SOARES/MELICHAR BREAK AGAIN!

A nightmare start for Andy and Serena in this set, as Serena is broken to 15.

The number 1 seeds now have a double break lead...
Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 2-0 Murray/Williams*

Soares gets back on track on serve as he holds to love to open up a two-game lead in the final set!
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 1-0 Murray/Williams

SOARES/MELICHAR BREAK!

The number 1 seeds break Andy to 30, as the momentum shifts once again in this match!
Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-6 Murray/Williams*

MURRAY/WILLIAMS WIN THE SECOND SET!

We're going to a decider on Court No 2, as Soares is broken to 15 and lets the set slip with a double fault at 15-40!

*Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-5 Murray/Williams

Murray holds with ease - Soares and Melichar will serve to stay in the second set.
Soares/Melichar 6-3 4-4 Murray/Williams*

Melichar holds to 30, as a few too many missed shots from Murray and Williams proves costly.

When will the first break in set number two comes from?
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 3-4 Murray/Williams

Soares escapes from a game which was nip and tuck before Serena also comes through a tricky game on serve.

Much tighter in those two games to the previous five in the set.
*Soares/Melichar 6-3 2-3 Murray/Williams

The pattern continues, as both pairs hold serve with aplomb.
Rally of the match no doubt.
