Wimbledon 2019 prize money revealed as Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic battle for glory

The Wimbledon prize pot has been given an extra £4million to share between this year's top performers.

With £38million up for grabs, it is the highest total in the competition's history after receiving an 11.76 per cent increase from 2018.

Despite the record prize money available to tennis' elite, it still falls just short of the £38.2million available for those who have a long run at the French Open.

As has become the norm at Wimbledon, the 2019 running again sees the male and female athletes taking home the same amount of prize money for their performance.

But just how much do this year's winners take home with them?
