The 2019 Wimbledon Championships have officially begun, with a swarm of high-profile celebrities already being spotted enjoying the tennis on Centre Court.
Singer Janelle Monae made her Wimbledon debut on the first day of the tournament, wearing a grey, red and white striped mini dress which she accessorised with a striking red cap.
The star shared her excitement during the sporting event on Twitter, writing that she was "witnessing the future" when watching the match between Cori Gauff and Venus Williams, during which the 15-year-old beat her 39-year-old idol.
The Duchess of Cambridge, known for being a keen tennis fan, made an appearance on the second day of the championship wearing a white button-up dress by British fashion label Suzannah and carrying an Alexander McQueen clutch.
The duchess is a royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club and The Lawn Tennis Association.
