A Willie Mulllins mare has shot to the top of the Cheltenham Champion Bumper market after a scintillating racecourse debut.
Panic Attack was Mullins first ever runner at Market Rasen when she lined up in the Listed Bumper on Thursday.
Sent off the 5/2 favourite, the four-year-old travelled supremely in the hands of Paul Townend and stormed clear in the straight.
It was a performance that had Irish punters piling on the horse to repeat the trick at Cheltenham.
Since the race finished, a whopping 89% of all bets in the Cheltenham market have been on Panic Attack and she is now as short at 8/1 to win at the Cotswolds.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: "Irish punters who nibbled on Panic Attack at 50/1 will be jumping for joy this afternoon, with the Irish-trained filly winning in emphatic style.
"A number of Irish punters were on at 50/1, and will be watching the ante-post markets with pleasure after today's win."
