Willian says he is fully committed to completing the season with Chelsea, even if his contract has expired.
The ongoing suspension of all matches in England due to the coronavirus outbreak has raised question marks over players whose contracts expire in the summer.
With the Premier League season looking likely to spill over into June and July, Willian could technically be a free agent whilst Chelsea matches are still ongoing.
The Blues winger's deal at Stamford Bridge finishes at the end of June, and there has been speculation that the Brazilian is ready to leave on a free transfer.
Arsenal and Tottenham are among the clubs who have been linked with a move for the 32-year-old, but Willian says he is fully committed to Chelsea until whenever the season ends.
“I think so. My contract really ends, I think in July," he told Esporte Interativo.
"And if I had to play on those dates, in these months, I think it would be no problem for me to end the league in a way which would be loyal to the club, as they always were with me.
"Regardless of a signed paper. But it’s clear that this is not a certainty, we don’t know what can happen. But without a doubt, as always, I will always be ready to give the best to my club regardless of my contract situation.”
When asked for an update on whether Chelsea have resumed talks over a new deal, the former Shakhtar Donetsk winger admitted nothing was currently on the table.
"No, nothing new, No news. Especially after what’s happening, everything stopped.
"But so far no news about anything.”
