William Jackson is the latest Bengals player to talk up team’s new energy

The talk about a “new energy” around the Cincinnati Bengals isn’t stopping anytime soon.

Bengals players just had a ton of fun at an unexpected mandatory media day, shooting promo videos for the season. It sounds tame, but Bengals players clearly aren’t used to the vibes offered.

Above, William Jackson shared a screenshot from mandatory minicamp and cited the new energy again.

This isn’t just offseason chatter that usually happens. Longtime fans can see the difference in the freedom the players have on social media and otherwise. Players themselves have praised the newfound feeling too, citing things like the simple ability to play music in the locker room as a welcomed change.

While fans are a long way from finding out if Zac Taylor’s changes lead to wins on the field, the palpable energy shift coming from Paul Brown Stadium for the first time in 16 years is befitting of a new era and the blossoming positivity around the potential there.
