William and Harry set to reunite at prize-giving ceremony for Princess Diana charity

Prince Harry may introduce his second born child to his family while sharing a stage with his brother.

The Duke of Sussex tipped to appear alongside Prince William at the 2021 Legacy Award in December, it has been reported.

It follows off the back of their appearance together at the unveiling of their mother's statue, which is thought to have gone well from a relationship perspective despite Harry leaving after just 20 minutes after the reveal.

If the royal siblings do meet at the event - which takes place at Althorp, the Northamptonshire stately home where Diana grew up - it will be the third time since the younger man moved to America that they've come face to face in person.

It's thought Meghan, Archie and baby Lilibet may also make the journey, marking the young royal's first time on UK soil and meeting her British relatives.

Tessy Ojo, chief executive of the Diana Award, hasn't confirmed or denied claims of the meet-up, but has said that William and Harry both still support the charity.

She told the Daily Mail : ""Right now, we’re the only charity that has both of them involved.

Ms Ojo said the princes are dedicated to the charity, even with the Duke of Sussex now living in California.

Speaking at the Dress for Success launch in Notting Hill, she said: "To us, it doesn’t matter where in the world they are.

"They are jointly committed to the awards. The dukes will be heavily involved as it will be a whole week of events, so they are eager to take part."

On July 1 Princes Harry and William stood side by side at the unveiling of a statue in honour of their late mother Princess Diana.

The Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex are understood to have come to “an unspoken agreement” to put their feud behind them and make the day about their late mother.

The brothers were pictured standing shoulder to shoulder at the brief private ceremony.

Members of the Spencer family also attended the unveiling, including her brother Earl Spencer and sisters Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellows.

Prior to the statue event, the brothers had been reunited at their grandfather Philip's funeral.

Reportedly sparked by William's concerns over Harry's fast-developing relationship with Meghan Markle, the brother's tense row has escalated over the past two years.

The younger prince has accused The Firm of racism and claiming his brother was "trapped" within the royal system.

The pair are said to have remained distanced, only communicating briefly by text.
