Will we see Robert Williams III back early for the Boston Celtics?

Will injured Boston Celtics big man Robert Williams III make an early return to the court after hearing news that the best-case scenario for his surgery to repair his torn meniscus was the outcome we had all been hoping to hear?

Even better, there is even some optimism the Timelord could get back on the court even earlier than the initial best-case four to six week timeline Williams was prognosticated to be looking at, assuming his body responds well to the rehabilitation process. That would potentially see the Texas A&M product back in uniform even perhaps towards the latter contests of whatever team the Celtics will face in the first round of the 2022 NBA Playoffs.

Of course, there is plenty of reason to doubt such an outcome given Boston’s luck in the past, but the hosts of the CLNS Media “Garden Report’ podcast weighed that past against what they have been hearing, and try to divine whether we will see Williams back early, on time — or at all.
