Will the Week 8 Saints-Cardinals game be broadcast in your area?

The NFL has plenty of great matchups on their Week 8 slate. However, the New Orleans Saints and their fans are hoping that this is the only game worth watching; it’s possible starting quarterback Drew Brees reclaims his position in leading the offense, fully recovered from thumb surgery. But we’re waiting on the injury report to see if he will indeed play before the Saints’ Week 9 bye.

Now, the Arizona Cardinals come to town after winning three straight games to improve to 3-3-1. First-year Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury is starting to get his feet underneath him, as is rookie quarterback Kyler Murray, and they could pose a threat to the Saints.

If the Saints offense is back to full-strength with Brees, running back Alvin Kamara, and tight end Jared Cook all healthy to go, Arizona stands little chance at pulling off a victory. But, what if New Orleans has to use the same roster in Week 8 that they did against the Chicago Bears? Could the streaking Cardinals pull one off against the Saints? Doubtful.

In any case, the broadcast map from 506 Sports highlights the coverage for each of the games during the early slate. The Saints-Cardinals kickoff will be nationally televised on CBS at 12:00 p.m. CT. The areas in green on the map (much of the Southeast United States) will have access to the Saints game. Areas in red will show Denver at Indianapolis, areas in blue Cincinnati at the Los Angeles Rams, and areas in yellow will show the New York Jets at the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kevin Harlan an Rich Gannon will be on the call for this week’s Saints-Cardinals game.
