Will the shocks keep on coming at the 2022 World Cup? Predict what happens in Qatar

The World Cup has barely begun and we have already had a couple of big shocks - and a couple of shockers.

Saudi Arabia and Japan provided the surprise wins, leaving fans of Argentina and Germany suffering, while Mexico-Poland and Morocco-Croatia provided the bore draws, leaving football fans across the world suffering.

There have also been a couple of thrashings - go England - to prove that when the fancied teams get it right, there are plenty of opportunities on offer to fill your boots.

So where do we go from here? Will the competition revert to type, with the favourites paying heed to Argentina and Germany’s misfortunes and grinding out results. Or will the unfancied sides gain confidence from Saudi Arabia and Japan’s victories by taking it to the bigger teams?

You can have your say by completing our World Cup predictor below. How do you think the competition will pan out? Who comes out top when you input the results of the remaining games and when will England’s run come to an end - if indeed it does?

You can also let us know your views on how the World Cup is progressing in the comments section below .
