Will Smith continues with gruelling workouts after being in 'worst shape' in his life

Will Smith has given his fans an update on his fitness journey after admitting he was in "the worst shape" in his life during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Bad Boys actor, 52, is fully dedicated to the gruelling workouts and took to social media to share a snap of himself doing weighted leg lifts with a medicine ball in between his feet.

He held on to gym equipment in order to lift his lower half off the ground and strained as he tried to complete the workout.

"Please don’t use this pic to photoshop me into precarious situations," he joked in his caption.
