Will Salman Khan’s ‘Antim’ release during Diwali 2021?

Salman Khan will lock horns with brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in ‘Antim: The Final Truth’. Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, the film will feature Salman in the role of a Sikh cop. The actor has shot extensively for the action entertainer and looks like the makers are planning to release the film next month. Speaking to a news portal, Mahesh Manjrekar stated that if theatres in Maharashtra open up by October, then they are planning to release Antim on Diwali. He also stated that the film is mainly targeted at the Maharashtra territory.

‘Antim: The Final Truth’ is a remake of Marathi hit, Mulshi Pattern and Mahesh Manjrekar ruled out OTT as an option for now, stating that the movie is meant for a theatrical release. The story of Antim’ revolves around an epic clash between a cop played by Salman and a gangster essayed by Aayush Sharma. The two protagonists hail from entirely divergent worlds and ideologies and indulge in a nail-biting finale.

Apart from ‘Antim: The Final Truth’, Salman Khan will be seen in host of films like ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’, ‘Kick 2’ and ‘Tiger 3’. He is currently on an interview shoot schedule for ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif. Salman Khan has also shot for entertaining cameos in Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathan’ and Aamir Khan’s ‘Forrest Gump’.
