Will Murdoch dig deep to buy Digg?

There have been rumours all week that Rupert Murdoch's News Corp has been eyeing up Digg.com, the social bookmarking site. But, according to "multiple sources close to the negotiations", Digg's $150m (£80m) price tag is considered too high, especially given disputes about the numbers of its user numbers. Something is up though, so watch this space. Or should that be MySpace? (Via Editors' weblog)
