Will Mellor was asked to sign a fan's boobs while out for dinner with wife Michelle

Coronation Street star Will Mellor has revealed that he was asked to sign a woman's boobs while out for dinner with wife Michelle.

Leaving his wife unhappy and unimpressed, Coronation Street's Will Mellor revealed to OK! Magazine that while dining out with his wife, a man walked up to their table and asked him to sign his girlfriend's boobs.

Speaking to the publication, Will explained: "There was just this one time when a guy brought his girlfriend over to our table at dinner. He asked me to sign her boobs while we were eating dinner, which Michelle wasn’t the happiest about! We weren’t even married back, then so it was an interesting date to say the least!"

Will opened up to OK! Magazine in an exclusive interview where he and wife Michelle invited the publication into their home for rare family photoshoot and candid chat.

In a gorgeous set of photographs, Will can be seen posing with his wife Michelle, 43, and their two children Jayden, 17, and Renee, 13.

With their Christmas tree lavishly decorated, and their home perfectly neat and tidy, the family-of-four looked relaxed and content as they snuggled up for some festive snaps.

Private about his private life, the shoot and interview is incredibly rare for the actor and his family. He told the publication that he and his family "don’t do that kind of thing together a lot, as we tend to keep our lives private," but admitted that the kids were up for it and they all enjoyed it.

Touching upon his stint in Coronation Street as drug lord Harvey Gaskell, the actor revealed how playing a Corrie baddie was a career goal that he has now ticked off, explaining that his mum was proud of him too.

During Harvey's storyline back around Halloween, the baddie didn't get killed off – instead he just disappeared. But Will was all for the producers killing Harvey off, admitting that he thought it would have been a good ending, "I wanted to go in, make a splash, and come out.," he told the publication.

While filming for Coronation Street, Will experienced chronic sinusitis that he caught from filming in the rain a lot, but before he knew what was wrong, he was worried it might have been a brain tumour.

Speaking to Ralf Little on their Two Pints with Will & Ralf podcast back in October, the actor opened up about his worries, where he explained: "I've had it for ages now. I got a head cold.

"I kept taking painkillers, I had this pain between my eyes and I'm using this spray up my nose, but it just wasn't going.

"Can you imagine with all that water in your head and your head is banging?"

He continued: "I didn't know what it was, I told my mrs, I said, 'I've got this pain behind my eyes'.

"I thought, what if I've got a brain tumour or something? You start thinking the worst. The worst thing you can do is Google it!"

After seeking advice from a doctor, he found out that it wasn't anything to worry about – instead it was a bout of chronic sinusitis.

"The scenes being in the rain and the cold and all that has definitely messed with my head a bit," he added.

Will and his wife Michelle have been married for 14 years, and together for 22.

In August this year they celebrated the milestone, where Michelle posted a sweet tribute where she wrote: "Happy Anniversary @willmellor76 . It’s been a blast and I wouldn’t change one minute of it. Love you baby."
