Non-stop rain for the last few days has led to it feeling more like autumn than summer in Greater Manchester.
Flooding caused chaos on the roads as the region was hit by Storm Fleur.
Parts of the M61 and M66 were closed, as was the A555 Manchester Airport Eastern Link Road.

Flood warnings were issued for the River Glaze through Leigh and Wigan.
A yellow weather warning for thunderstorms remains in place in Greater Manchester.
But fortunately, some sunshine is on the way.
Met Office's forecast for today (Tuesday) says it will be a 'a dry day with patchy cloud and sunny spells, feeling warm in the sunshine with light winds' with a maximum temperature of 20C.
There's set to be 'a largely dry start' to Wednesday with 'sunny spells, but clouding over from the west throughout the morning' with a maximum temperature of 22C.
Thursday will see hail; Friday will be 'cool and windy'; and Saturday will have 'showers to begin with'.
The heatwave may well hit Manchester between August 14 and 23, with the forecast predicting 'some drier, more settled periods'.
