Liverpool have officially been crowned Premier League champions to end their 30-year wait for the title.
Following Wednesday night's 4-0 demolition of Crystal Palace at Anfield, Jurgen Klopp's side required just two points to secure the title following a stunning 2019/20 season with 28 wins from 31 games so far.
Manchester City needed to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, but a 2-1 defeat means that Liverpool's long wait is over without even having to kick a ball - and fans were at Anfield to celebrate their achievement.
The Reds' title success is the 19th in the club's history, moving them one behind Manchester United's English record. Liverpool will take to the field for the first time as champions on Thursday, when they travel to Man City.
Jurgen Klopp will hold a press conference from 1pm BST, which you can will LIVE below.

What Jurgen Klopp said
Jurgen Klopp paid an emotional tribute to Liverpool legends Kenny Dalglish and Steven Gerrard as well as the club’s fans as he reflected on a first title win in 30 years.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Manchester City confirmed the trophy would be heading to Merseyside this year, the German choked up as he attempted to put into words the scale of the achievement.
Dalglish was the last manager to bring the title to Anfield, while Gerrard came close on a number of occasions during a trophy-laden stint as captain of the Reds.
And both men were at the forefront of Klopp’s mind as he spoke in the immediate aftermath of Liverpool’s three-decade wait ending.
He said: “Unfortunately, I have no words, it’s unbelievable.
“It’s much more than I ever thought would be possible, becoming champion with this club is absolutely incredible.
“Knowing how much Kenny supported us… it’s for you as well, Kenny - you had to wait another 30 years for your club to win it - it’s for Stevie, who had to wait a long time.
