Will Levis’s family adorably erupted in pride as he lit up the Falcons in his first NFL start

Sunday was a momentous day for Will Levis. With an injury to Ryan Tannehill, the Tennessee Titans elected to give the rookie former second-round pick his first NFL start. Expectations for the young passer weren’t very high coming in. They may start to be astronomical moving forward.

Not only did Levis earn his first-ever win against the Atlanta Falcons, but it was his four touchdown passes that directly helped propel Tennessee to the victory. For an experienced veteran, it was quite the performance. For a rookie, it was a dazzling debut almost no one saw coming.

Naturally, Levis’s family was in attendance to support him. And after he dropped an absolute dime to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for his fourth touchdown and the eventual game-winning score, cameras caught them exploding with joy.

Folks, this is what football is all about:

If Levis can continue building on his momentum in the coming weeks, the Titans might have their new franchise quarterback. I have a feeling, in this case, that it won’t be the last time we see his happy family at the stadium.
