The US presidential campaign has been one of the most dramatic and unpredictable in recent years.
Now, with just days to go until American voters head to polls, the FBI has announced it is looking into a new batch of emails it found in a separate case involving Democratic hopeful Hillary Cllinton.
Director James Comey says the new emails may be "pertinent" to his agency's investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server.
Back in July, the FBI cleared the former secretary of state of any criminal wrongdoing.
But she admitted she was "extremely careless" in handling some sensitive material.
