I love John Green but this was one of the only books of his I hadn't read before and after the great success of The Fault In Our Stars film, I decided to give it a read, as well as the fact I am in love with David Levithan's books.
The story is based around two teenage boys both named Will Grayson, who after a strange and fairly rude series of events find themselves face to face at midnight, both miles away from their home towns. The two are very different: one is extremely depressed and dark, whereas the other is best friends with a huge spontaneous homosexual and loves sarcasm. Basically, the story's goal is to normalise homosexuality and to love yourself for who you are.
I would rate this book eight out of ten and would recommend it to teens, as it can be quite rude and harder to understand in some places.
