Wilfried Zaha drops social media hint to get these Arsenal fans all saying the same thing

Wilfried Zaha is in the midst of a transfer tug-of-war between Crystal Palace and Arsenal.

Arsenal are reported to have made an opening bid of £40m for the Ivory Coast international, which falls well below the price that the Eagles will be willing to listen to offers at. It is claimed that Palace are looking at money in the region of £80m - double the price that the Gunners offered.

Just hours after the Arsenal bid was reported, Zaha's brother Judicael revealed that his brother has his heart set on a move to the Emirates during the transfer window, and pleaded with the Eagles to not stand in his way.

"Wilfried will always hold Crystal Palace and their fans in the highest regard and all the support they've given means the world to him," he told Sky Sports News . "It’s my brother’s dream though, to play for Arsenal."

"Given all Wilfried has given to Palace to help them remain a Premier League club, I hope Palace will be able to see their way to agreeing a deal with Arsenal that allows Wilfried to realise his dream of playing European Football for the club he’s supported since childhood"

Despite his brother's plea, the bid from Arsenal was rejected by Palace, with the club said to be angry at the amount offered. Arsenal will now need to return with a much improved offer.

While the saga is going on, Zaha is away on international duty with the Ivory Coast. The Nation play Mali in the Africa Cup of Nations round of 16 on Monday.

The 26-year-old has taken to social media sending a message that his full concentration is on the upcoming match.

"Head in the game" was the simple message along with a picture of the player looking focused.

Arsenal fans have also taken the opportunity to let the player know what they want to happen during the window.
