Wilf the Mighty Worrier: Saves the World by Georgia Pritchett – review

Wilf is great. He worries a lot. Alan is Wilf’s next door neighbour. He’s the baddest, baddest, biddly boddly baddest in the world.

He wants to destroy the world and he is trying to practice on Wyland Island, but Wilf put a pudding in the hole of the big gun thingy so it wouldn’t explode. Alan tries again in London. You will have to read it to find out what happens.

I liked this book because it was funny and exciting. The funniest bit was Alan, it took him three weeks to get to London, and he is a really really silly person.

It was really exciting because Wilf had to keep on thinking about ways to stop from thinking of scary things, like drawing pictures of things he was scared of – lions, dentists, balloons.

My favourite character is Wilf’s mummy because she’s always worried about Alan putting things in her bin!

Wilf the Mighty Worrier

I liked the pictures, and it was really funny because it was like the person in the book was reading to you.
