Belgravia's Wild by Tart will host a botanical cocktail pop up later this month – and there will be quite a lot of vodka involved.
Tart London duo Jemima Jones and Lucy Carr-Ellison are teaming up with historic vodka brand Ketel One to create a Botanical Spritz Garden at their central London home. The multi-purpose venue currently hosts a deli and a soft drinks kiosk, but will launch a full restaurant in September.
Open for five days in the last week of June, the immersive garden will take the form of a botanical greenhouse filled with floral installations, including greenery sprouting through the concrete floors.
At the centre of the space, guests will be invited to sit at large communal tables with herbs growing through their centre. Guests will be encouraged to pick them to add to their drinks.
Cocktails on offer will all feature Ketel One Botanical, a new vodka-based spirit drink which comes flavoured with peach and orange blossom, cucumber and mint or grapefruit and rose.
Alongside the drinks, guests will also be able to order from a menu of paired Tart London dishes, including charred sourdough flatbreads with za’atar, fresh pea mash with pickled chilli and feta, and smoky taramasalata with nigella seeds and pickled cucumber.
