A Poundland store has been closed for days because a wild animal is on the loose.
The store in Liscard, Wirral has been shut after a squirrel broke in and has been causing havoc.
Staff took the decision to close until they were able to safely locate the renegade animal and set it free.

However, it has evaded their attempts for three days leaving many customers wondering what was going on at the shop.
There was some speculation it had closed due to covid regulations, but a spokesperson confirmed it had nothing to do with the pandemic.
They also said while they welcome all into their stores, some should stick to the trees they are used to.
A spokesperson for Poundland told the ECHO: "The store's closure is nothing to do with Covid - there's been a squirrel loose inside for three days.
"While we love having customers of all kinds, ones with bushy tails should stick to trees.
"As soon as we've tracked Mr Squirrel down and cleaned the store, we'll reopen.
"We're sorry for the disruption he's caused."
