A brunette wife who dyed her hair blue to give herself more confidence has walked out on her sexless marriage after bedding a string of married strangers.
Katie Say, 31, had not had sex with her husband, 51, for three years when she decided to change her look and join a dating website for married people.
As a result, the care assistant has had flings with three men who all agreed to meet her due to her unusual locks.
Now Katie, from Barton-upon-Humber in Lincolnshire, has ended her 12-year marriage to her unnamed older husband.
She said: "My hair certainly gets me noticed and encourages men to click under my name.
"They think I will be fun and they are not wrong on that score.
"The new hair has been great for attracting new men after all those years without passion. You could say I was dying for sex!
"It has certainly done the trick because I am having a great time now meeting lots of guys. My sex life is as blue as my hair.
"My husband was not happy when I said it was over but I am only 31 and didn't want to spend the rest of my life not having sex."
Katie said she has no regrets about walking out on her marriage.
She said: "I realised that there was more to life than being in a sexless marriage and I am a lot happier now I am dating again.
"My problem is that I am 20 years younger than my husband and we have different needs when it comes to sex.
"When we first got together I was only 19 and things were exciting and the sex was great.
"Over time the sex died out but I stayed with him, kidding myself that I was happy.
"Eventually after three years without any passion I realised that there was something missing from my life and I could not put up with it any longer."
Katie said she enrolled with dating website IllicitEncounters.com because she was married at the time and wanted to meet a man who was also attached and wouldn't want to upset her situation at home.
She had tried Tinder but found it didn't suit her because all the men were interested in was sex and she wanted a date who would wine and dine her and treat her like a lady.
She said: "Some people may think it is immoral to use a cheating site but it suited me because you are both in the same boat.
"Anyone on a site like that has made a conscious decision to be unfaithful and I felt better about the fact that I was not ending anyone's marriage."
"My first affair was with an Asian man in his 40s from Leeds. He moaned that his wife was not fulfilling his needs. We chatted and there seemed to be a spark, so we agreed to meet at a hotel.
"We had sex three times and it was amazing. I could not feel my legs by the end of day! It felt wonderful to be wanted again and feel a man's touch on my body.
