A woman captured her husband's priceless reaction when she tricked him into thinking she was paying for a £5,600 Chanel handbag on his card.
Kristy Sarah Scott from Texas enlisted the help of her friend, who sent her a voice note saying her bag had arrived at the store, with a price of $7,385.
As Kristy films the fake conversation, her husband Desmond can be seen raising his eyebrows at the price and sits up to ask: "I thought you were getting the small bag?"
The recording continues to ask if it's to charge the card, and reads out the last four digits - as Desmond quickly jumps to his feet to say: "Hey, that's my card."
He hilariously tells Kristy that she needs to change it to her card before grabbing the phone to speak the advisor, only to realise he's been set up.
The brilliant video has gone viral after 25-year-old Kristy posted it on TikTok, racking up more than 18 million views and leaving others in hysterics at Desmond's knee-jerk reaction.
One said: "He's so quiet, yet so panicked."
Another commented: "The emphasis on 'You need to change it to yo card'."
Kristy said: "I always love to find different ways to prank him because his reactions and mannerisms are hilarious.
"And he knows that I have been wanting a particular bag so I took this as a good opportunity to shoot my shot.
"I had my friend send a voice recording for me, and then I screen-recorded it so that I can play it.
"I can’t say that I was surprised because I knew his reaction would be both dramatic and hilarious
"Did I think he would get out of the chair and grab the phone? No. He got me there!"
The pair, who own wedding videography business Meant To Be Films, post clips on social media as they try to out-do one another with practical jokes.
But the prank may have really paid off from Kristy, after Desmond surprised her by buying her the dream Chanel bag she always wanted anyway.
