Stephen Cluxton's wife, Jo, revealed that her and the Dublin goalkeeper went to the cinema following Sunday's exciting All-Ireland final draw.
There was no celebrating a five-in-a-row for the man between the sticks as Dublin and Kerry played out a 1-16 each masterpiece.
Traditionally, there is a party for the winning county as RTE broadcast from the hotel of the team with Sam Maguire in their possession.
But, with the final replay now set for Saturday, 14 September, Cluxton and his wife settled on a more relaxing evening at the pictures.
Jo said on Twitter: "Not exactly how I planned to spend my evening", alongside a picture of them at the cinema counter.
Her husband, is looking to win a seventh All-Ireland football title , and was at his imperious best in Sunday's final.
Cluxton saved a first-half penalty from Paul Geaney, tipped a goal-bound shot from Paul Murphy onto the bar and started many of Dublin's attack with his pinpoint kickouts.
