Wife flew into rage after husband spotted saucy Snapchat messages

A married woman flew into a rage when her husband caught her exchanging saucy Snapchat messages with another man.

Alison Marshall, from Auchterarder, shouted and swore at her husband and tried to grab the phone during a struggle after he found out.

Perth Sheriff Court heard that her husband had gone to bed shortly after midnight on May 3 but came back downstairs to ask her to stop speaking so loudly.

Robbie Brown, prosecuting, said: “She appeared to be on Snapchat. There was an argument over what she may or not have been doing.

“The complainer got his hands on the phone and saw messages which featured terms such as ‘babe’, ‘darling’ and ‘kisses’.”

The case was heard at Perth Sheriff Court (Perthshire Advertiser)

Marshall, 31, then started to shout and swear at her husband and tried to grab the phone, which led to a struggle.

Marshall admitted acting in a threatening or abusive manner in the town.

Sheriff Keith O’Mahoney ordered Marshall to be of good behaviour for six months.
